Information pursuant to Article 13 of the European Regulation on the Processing of Personal Data (GDPR – EU Reg. 679/16)

Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 679/16, the following information is provided concerning the data processing that may take place as a result of the completion and submission of the information found on the form you are about to complete.

The data in the form will be used, in accordance with your express consent to the processing of personal data, for the following purpose:

The data will be retained until the completion of the services requested or your request for erasure, and, in the case of organisational needs or regulatory obligations, may be retained in specific archives for the period strictly necessary for these purposes.

Please note that you may exercise your right to ask to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict the processing that concerns you, or to object to such processing, in addition to the right to data portability; you can exercise these rights by using the contact form.

Please also note that you have the right to submit a complaint to the appropriate supervisory authority, in the case of Greece the Greek Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
