We offer bespoke designs and specialized fitting modifications, tailored to the individual requirements, foot shape, and aesthetic preferences of each client.
As each commission is unique, pricing cannot be quoted in advance and is determined only after evaluating the specific design, materials, and structural adjustments required.
QUALITY CAN’T BE RUSHED
Each pair is handcrafted and custom-fitted on-site, with completion time ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the style and level of adjustment required.
To allow enough time for proper fitting and handcrafting, please visit well before closing time, as late custom orders cannot be accommodated.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY FOR SPECIAL FITTING ADJUSTMENTS
• Sizes 47–50: + €50 (due to increased material use and additional handcrafting)
• Special sole constructions(for unusually shaped feet): + €100 to €150 (advanced structural modifications for improved support and fit)
• Additional heel straps(for styles not originally designed with them): + €20
• Orthotic heel-support insert: + €20 (designed to reduce inward heel slippage and improve foot alignment)
All fitting modifications are assessed individually during the process and applied only when necessary to achieve the most natural, stable, and comfortable fit possible.
ATTENTION:
The worldwide famous P. Melissinos Sandals are not sold by similarly named businesses neither in Greece, nor in any other country or over the internet. You can find his unique and bespoke sandals only in his iconic “MELISSINOS ART – THE POET SANDAL MAKER” atelier, near the Acropolis Museum and nowhere else!
